2. Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, learning goals, current experience and course question. If you go on to enroll, we may also need details needed to administer your place and meet our legal obligations. We will explain that separately during enrollment.
Please do not email passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information. We do not need them to answer a course question.
3. How the course inquiry form works
The inquiry form on this website does not send information to a website database or open an email application. When you select “Submit inquiry,” the site clears the form and displays a confirmation message on the page.
The confirmation appears in your browser. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
4. Technical information and server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may create standard server logs when you visit. These can include your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and referring page. They help keep the site available, diagnose errors and investigate abuse.

10. AI tools used during training
Some courses may involve third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Make, Zapier or n8n. If you choose to create an account or submit material to one of those services, that provider handles your information under its own terms.
Do not upload confidential work material to an AI tool unless you have permission and understand the provider’s settings. We teach safer alternatives and checking habits during relevant lessons.
11. Children and international processing
This website and its courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards will apply to that processing.
