Terms and Conditions details
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Uplift AI Academy (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using upliftaiacademy.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website does
The website describes Uplift AI Academy’s courses, learning formats and example projects. You can use it to ask questions and start a course inquiry. It does not offer user accounts, process payments or provide an online checkout.
These Terms cover your use of the website. When you enroll, the written course details and enrollment terms we provide will also apply to your training.
3. Course inquiries and enrollment
A course inquiry is not a booking. Submit the inquiry form with your details and we will contact you about suitable training, availability and next steps.
A place is confirmed only when we have agreed the course, schedule, total price and applicable enrollment terms with you in writing, and any required payment or other confirmation step is complete.
4. Prices, schedules and course details
Prices marked “starting at” are in US dollars and are not a final quote. Course content, tools, schedules and availability can change as software and training needs change.
Before you enroll, we will confirm the current course outline, schedule, total price, payment arrangements and cancellation or refund terms. Review those details and ask us about anything that is unclear before making a payment.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements for a course will be set out in the written terms supplied before enrollment. Nothing in those arrangements removes a right or remedy you have under applicable consumer law.
If we need to change a session because of instructor illness, technical failure or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, we will contact you about the available options.
6. Educational information and outcomes
Course descriptions and project examples are general information, not career, legal, financial or other professional advice tailored to you. Example projects illustrate the kind of work you may practice; they are not testimonials or promised results.
We do not guarantee employment, an interview, a promotion, a salary increase or a particular learning outcome. Your results depend on factors including your starting experience, the work you put in and the opportunities available to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to:
- break a law or infringe another person’s rights;
- send malware, disrupt the site or try to gain unauthorized access;
- probe or bypass security measures;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful material; or
- copy or exploit the site’s content beyond what applicable law allows.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.
8. Content and intellectual property
Uplift AI Academy owns or has permission to use the site’s original text, design and branding. Third-party product names and materials belong to their respective owners.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other reuse requires permission unless applicable law provides an exception. Access to course materials is for the enrolled learner and does not permit redistribution or resale.
9. Messages you send us
If you email a question or suggestion, you give us permission to use it to respond, review the issue and improve our services. Do not send confidential material or content you do not have the right to share.
10. Third-party tools and resources
External software and AI services mentioned in a course operate independently. We do not control their availability, security, content or policies. Your account and dealings with a third-party provider are between you and that provider.
Follow your employer’s rules and the tool’s terms before uploading work material. Remove confidential or personal information from practice files whenever it is not needed.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information this site handles and the choices available to you. By using the site, you acknowledge those practices.
12. Disclaimers
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but we cannot promise that every page will always be complete, current, secure or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that are not expressly stated here.
You are responsible for checking the written course details and deciding whether the training fits your needs.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift AI Academy and its instructors, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. General legal terms
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. If a court finds one part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the website or our practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date. Changes take effect when posted unless applicable law requires another form of notice. If you continue using the site after a change takes effect, the revised Terms apply to that later use.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@upliftaiacademy.com. You can also use our contact page to start an inquiry.
